Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are determined based on the carrier service that is chosen at checkout. Most orders take approximately 4-14 business days to arrive (this excludes international orders).

All orders over $50 (within The United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska) are eligible for free shipping.

Free shipping generally takes 4-14 business days, depending on geographical location.


Tracking Information:

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package.


For International Orders:

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, all international orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Lost/Missing Packages:

Nature Head is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
